One of the surgical nurses surprised me with one of my favorite songs right before they put me under- what a considerate thing to do. After my surgery I was helped into a wheelchair-in so much pain I must ad, but they were patient. Follow up services was also amazing. I actually had some healing complications, I did not listen to orders and did too much too fast, which popped a few stitches. I had weekly FaceTime meetings with Dr.Tran until I was fully healed. She was so very helpful and I would recommend her to anyone. The care, interest and education she provided me was well above what I expected. I am so so happy with this doctor . Doctor Tran has helped me with closing my gauges (ear hole stretching). I have had gauges since middle school and honestly as I got older I wanted a change. I’m 24 now . She made the surgery painless, seamless, and quick ! I was very informed on the process she didn’t leave any details out . Her pricing is very reasonable and her assistants are very nice . I wish I took pictures to show how well my scar healed! But it should be on her instagram page . She also was very informative on how to keep the area clean with take home instructions ! I loved my experience and her helpful attitude and transparency is very appreciated.
